What we do

Door Supervisors are used mainly by the licensing trade in pubs, bars, entertainment venues, nightclubs and late night establishments. However, it is not unheard of for restaurants, hotels, take away food establishments and even taxi ranks to use door supervisors.

Our approach begins with training and courtesy! Gone are the days when doormen where referred to as bouncers. Gone is the bomber jacket and skinhead image.

 Static security officers maintain a professional presence and provide a higher level of security for your premises. As with most forms of manual security the security officer is often the first person a customer or even an intruder will see and a professional and courteous approach is essential.

Our static security officers are highly trained to meet the most difficult tasks.

All Security Officers are trained and fully  licenced by SIA 

Our mobile patrol service is always the preferred option if several sites or premises are to be patrolled. This service consists of a trained security officer driving around designated sites on a timetable basis.

Each check includes

• Entry / exit checks
• Perimeter check
• Buildings checks
• Compound checks
• Secure door/ window checks

Our security patrols may also incorporate other checks, specific to the site or client requirements, this may include checking various other aspects, such as ensuring your car park barrier is locked during the evening, or open in the morning for staff arriving to work. If required, we can even do an open up of your premises for you, ready for staff to get straight in to their offices.

 All checks are recorded in detail and a print out of this is supplied to the client on a regular basis.

There is an increasing trend that thieves see high value goods in transit as “easy pickings” and insurance premiums are steadily increasing, along with the threat.

Secure GPS trackers, allowing you to know where your goods are at any time.

Firstly we see the goods loaded onto the transport vehicle and then we place a GPS tracker on or in the cargo.

The vehicle is then secured and escorted by one of our covert escort vehicles to its final destination. The vehicle is NEVER left unattended and at all times a live track is fed, via the internet, to the escort vehicle’s on-board computer.

Once at the final destination, the seals are checked, broken, the cargo unloaded and our tracker recovered.

Generally a service used on empty properties, this involves one of our officers attending on a regular schedule, carrying out a variety of checks along with taking meter readings & collection of mail if required. Each completed survey form is then forwarded to you, the client.

We have looked closely at what information our existing clients like to receive feedback on, and from there we have designed our own report form that ensures the most effective check, and collates the most important information from a check, which is then sent directly to a client, with copies of photographs of meters and any other relevant information.

For Remote & Perimeter Security Alpha Security offers a wireless intruder alarm with built-in night vision camera and infra-red LED’s. Up to 24 devices can be programmed on to the main control panel including internal and external cameras, keypads, sounders and smoke detectors.

The radio range is up to 400 meters (with line of sight), Operation is easy, activation and de-activation is done from a full text keypad much like your home or business alarm system. The panel can work for up to 4 years on one set of batteries and has an operating temperature range of -30 to +60 degrees.

Features include an XT control panel and booster RF and GPRS antennas inside an IP rated box.

Like other RSI panels the XTO can link to up to 24 PIR cameras and is suited to locations where the panel needs to be mounted outdoors and where there is no mains power. The booster antennas enable the system to provide security to large areas even where there is a poor GPRS signal.
